The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for Audi A4 B8 2.0 TDI, Audi A4 B8 Allroad 2.0 TDI, and Audi A5 2.0 TDI models. This intercooler kit provides a significant increase in charge air volume and cooling performance compared to the factory intercooler.

Featuring mesh dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm and an external charge air volume of 17.446 liters, the kit offers a 178% larger flow area and 158% more charge air volume than the OEM unit. The competition high-performance mesh uses a tube-fin design with internal turbulators for optimized airflow and reduced back pressure.

The cast aluminum end boxes are CAD and CFD optimized, and the kit includes reinforced silicone hoses for increased durability. The intercooler is pressure-stable up to 6 bar and features an anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties. Installation is plug & play, and the kit weighs only 9.1 kg.

Note: Not suitable for B8.5 facelift models.
