The Competition Intercooler Kit for the Audi A4 B8 Allroad 2.7 TDI is designed to deliver significantly improved cooling performance. The intercooler features a 178% larger inflow area and 158% more charge air volume compared to the factory unit. The connection diameter has been increased to Ø67 mm, and the kit weighs 9.1 kg for straightforward replacement.

This high performance intercooler uses a quality tube fin mesh with internal turbulators and cast aluminum end boxes, optimized for internal airflow using CAD and CFD simulations. An integrated air guide ensures uniform filling of the high-performance network. The anti-corrosion coating provides excellent heat conduction properties for durable and optimal cooling. The kit is pressure stable up to 6 bar and is suitable for racing applications. All products undergo strict quality monitoring procedures.

Note: For vehicles with dynamic steering, the additional cooling loop must be relocated to a different position. Instructions are provided in the installation manual.
