The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for Mercedes A, B, and CLA Class models, offering a significant increase in performance. This high-performance intercooler provides enhanced cooling and a substantial increase in charge air volume compared to the standard unit.
The intercooler features impressive mesh dimensions and a 25% larger flow area, delivering 110% more charge air volume than the OEM cooler. The competition-grade mesh ensures optimal cooling even under demanding conditions. The kit is engineered for efficient airflow and minimal back pressure, thanks to CAD-developed cast aluminum end boxes.
Installation is straightforward with a plug & play fitment, and the cooler remains lightweight at only 10.5 kg. The intercooler is pressure-tested up to 6 bar and features a high-quality anti-corrosion coating for durability. A parts certificate is included for legal registration and quality assurance.
