The Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit is designed for BMW E60/E61 and E63/E64 models, offering a significant increase in charge air volume and flow area compared to the standard intercooler. The stepped intercooler core provides improved cooling performance and efficiency for enhanced engine output.

This intercooler features a high-performance core with free-form cast aluminum end boxes, developed using CAD for optimal airflow and minimized back pressure. Installation is straightforward, requiring only a direct replacement of the OEM intercooler, and allows continued use of the original hoses. The unit is lightweight and coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion finish for durability and thermal conductivity.

Note: For the 525d and 530d models, an adjustment to the module carrier is necessary.
