The Competition Intercooler EVO2 for the Ford Mustang 2.3l EcoBoost features a core size of 535mm x 392mm x 95mm, offering a 175% larger frontal area and 226% more volume compared to the original intercooler.

The intercooler core size and efficiency have been increased, and the end tank design has been improved to eliminate OEM bottlenecks, resulting in enhanced flow rating and charge cooling properties. This Mustang Intercooler uses the Wagner Tuning competition intercooler core, specifically made for this application, and is one of the highest quality Tube Fin cores available. The design features turbulators and freeform cast aluminum end tanks optimized in CAD, with flow analyses and simulations performed to achieve optimal internal airflow.

The intercooler includes an anti-corrosion protective coating with excellent thermal heat dissipation. The kit is ready for installation (plug & play) and includes a carbon fiber air shroud to ensure optimum flow. Both sides have a connection diameter of 70mm. Fitment is straightforward, replacing the OEM intercooler, and all products undergo rigorous quality control.
