The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for Mini Cooper S, D, and SD models in the F54, F55, F56, and F60 series. This high-performance intercooler offers a significant increase in charge air volume and flow area compared to the factory cooler.

The kit features a stepped mesh design with dimensions of 580 mm x 231 mm x 110 mm, providing 52% more charge air volume and 53% larger flow area than OEM. The cast aluminum end boxes are flow-optimized to reduce back pressure and improve internal airflow.

The intercooler is lightweight at 9.2 kg, pressure tested up to 6 bar, and coated for corrosion resistance and optimal thermal conductivity. Installation is plug and play, requiring no complicated adjustments.
