The Competition Intercooler EVO 3 for Audi RS3 8V is now available with a part certificate and two different intercooler core options. The new "EVO3.X" core was developed in cooperation with a renowned German Audi tuner and is suitable for higher performance applications of 600PS and above. The size of the intercooler remains unchanged from the original version, but the internal core design has been further optimized for high power applications, ensuring optimal airflow and excellent cooling performance.

For power applications below 600PS, the standard version is recommended. The high performance intercooler features a core dimension of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (16.5L), offering an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The end tank design has been improved to remove OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and enhanced charge cooling properties.

This Audi RS3 intercooler uses the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Core, constructed from high-quality tube and fin cores with inside turbulators and cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CFD for the best possible internal airflow. Additional air guides inside the inlet provide uniform filling of the intercooler, resulting in excellent cooling properties with minimal pressure drop. The intercooler and crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 14.1 kg. It mounts to the original points and is a direct 1:1 exchange.
