The Wagner Tuning EVO 2 Intercooler Kit is designed for the Audi RSQ3 2.5 TFSI, offering an 87% larger surface area and plug & play installation. This Competition Intercooler Evo 2 Kit provides a significant increase in performance, optimized engine cooling, and maximum efficiency, even under demanding conditions.
The intercooler kit features a substantial increase in flow area and charge air volume compared to the factory part, resulting in more cool, dense air for the engine and a noticeable improvement in performance. The specially developed Competition high-performance mesh maintains optimal operating temperatures and ensures excellent airflow for adjacent components. Cast aluminum end boxes, flow-optimized in CAD, and integrated air deflectors at the inlet provide uniform filling and reduced back pressure.
The kit weighs 11.2 kg and includes an enlarged 66 mm inlet and outlet for maximum throughput. Installation is a straightforward 1:1 replacement using the original mounting points, and the intercooler forms a stable unit with the supplied cross member. Continuous quality monitoring ensures high standards.
