The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for Mini Cooper S and JCW F models, offering 100% more charge air volume and plug-and-play installation. This high-performance intercooler upgrade optimizes engine cooling, reduces back pressure, and delivers a significant increase in performance.
The stepped mesh dimensions of 590 mm x 225 mm x 145 mm provide a total volume of 16.6 liters, doubling the charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The flow area is increased by 51% to 1327.50 cm², resulting in more cool, dense air for the engine and a noticeable performance boost.
The Competition mesh with internal turbulators ensures excellent cooling performance, while flow-optimized cast aluminum end boxes guarantee optimal internal airflow and reduced back pressure. The intercooler is lightweight at 9.65 kg, features a special anti-corrosion coating, and is built for durability under demanding racing conditions. Installation is straightforward, using the original mounting points for a direct replacement.
