The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler is designed for the Opel Insignia 2.8 V6 Turbo and OPC models. This upgrade increases charge air volume by 138% compared to the factory intercooler, providing improved engine cooling and reduced back pressure. The intercooler features a high-performance mesh and flow-optimized cast aluminum end boxes with internal air baffles for even air distribution.

The kit is developed for racing applications and tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar. It includes a special anti-corrosion coating for durability and optimal thermal conductivity. The enlarged 70 mm connection diameter and a weight of only 9.75 kg contribute to optimal airflow. A parts certificate is included for legal use on public roads.
