Description WAGNER TUNING 200001099 Competition Intercooler Kit PORSCHE 991 Turbo(S)
The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for Porsche 991 Turbo and Turbo S provides a 40% increase in charge air volume and includes carbon air ducting. This upgrade is designed to optimize cooling, reduce back pressure, and deliver a significant performance increase for Porsche 991.1 and 991.2 Turbo and Turbo S models.
The kit features two high-performance intercoolers, each with mesh dimensions of 320 mm x 238 mm x 110 mm, resulting in a total volume of 16.755 liters. Carbon air ducts are included to ensure optimal air supply and reduced weight. The cast aluminum end boxes are developed using CAD and flow analysis to minimize back pressure and ensure even filling. The system is pressure tested up to 6 bar and includes silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section and Ø65 mm inlet/outlet diameter.
Installation is plug & play, allowing for direct replacement at the original mounting points. The intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity for long-term performance. An optional Y-charge pipe made of cast aluminum is available separately.
