The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler is designed for the Opel Corsa D OPC and GSI 1.6 Turbo, offering a significant increase in charge air volume and improved cooling efficiency. This high-performance intercooler is engineered to optimize airflow, reduce back pressure, and provide a noticeable increase in engine performance.

The Competition intercooler features a core size of 580 mm x 437 mm x 56 mm, delivering 246% more charge air volume and a 226% larger flow area compared to the OEM unit. The cast aluminum end boxes with integrated air ducting, optimized using CFD simulations, ensure even radiator filling and minimal pressure loss. Installation is straightforward with a plug & play design, and the unit is finished with a special anti-corrosion coating for durability.
