The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler is designed for the Audi A6 and A7 4G 3.0 BiTDI, offering a significant increase in charge air volume and plug & play installation. This intercooler upgrade optimizes engine cooling, reduces back pressure, and delivers a substantial performance increase.

The core features a 158% increase in charge air volume and a 178% larger flow area compared to the standard cooler. The Competition Tube Fin core with internal turbulators maximizes cooling efficiency, while cast aluminum end boxes with integrated air ducting ensure optimal airflow and minimal pressure loss. The intercooler is lightweight at 9.1 kg and pressure tested up to 6 bar.

Installation is straightforward using the original mounting points, with increased connection diameters of Ø67 mm and reinforced silicone hoses included. An anti-corrosion coating with high thermal conductivity ensures long-lasting performance.
