The intercooler features a 235% increase in charge air volume compared to the OEM unit, with mesh dimensions of 640 mm x 200 mm x 110 mm and a total volume of 14.08 liters. The flow area is 21% larger than stock, providing more cool, dense air to the engine. Cast aluminum end boxes, flow-optimized in CAD, and extended Ø50 mm connections ensure optimal airflow and minimal pressure losses.

Installation is straightforward with original mounting points, allowing for a plug & play replacement. The intercooler is coated for corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity, and has been tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar. Weight is 10.3 kg.
