The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler is designed for the Mercedes Vito 114 CDI and V-Class 447, offering 87% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. This upgrade optimizes engine cooling, reduces back pressure, and delivers a significant increase in performance. The included parts certificate allows for legal use on public roads.
The intercooler features high-quality Competition Tube Fin mesh for excellent cooling and minimal pressure loss. Cast aluminum end boxes, optimized using CFD simulations, ensure efficient heat dissipation and homogeneous filling. Installation is straightforward with original mounting points, making it a plug & play replacement that fits standard intercooler hoses. The kit is lightweight at only 9.25 kg and includes all necessary components for installation.
