The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler EVO3 is designed for BMW 135i and 335i models with N54 and N55 engines. This intercooler upgrade provides a significant increase in charge air volume and is engineered for demanding tuning levels. It is developed to optimize engine cooling, reduce back pressure, and deliver a substantial performance increase.
The intercooler features stepped dimensions of 510 mm x 303 mm x 180 mm, resulting in a total volume of 20.65 liters. Compared to the standard cooler, it offers a 162% larger flow area and 182% more charge air volume. The Competition Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators ensures efficient cooling with minimal pressure loss. Cast aluminum end boxes, optimized with CFD simulations, and enlarged Ø70 mm inlets and outlets further improve airflow.
Installation is straightforward with original mounting points, making it a plug & play replacement. The cooler weighs 13.2 kg and features a special anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting performance and optimal thermal conductivity.
