The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for the Ford F-150 3.5l EcoBoost (2017-2020). This upgrade increases charge air volume by 108% and reduces back pressure by 50% compared to the standard intercooler.
The stepped intercooler core measures 500 mm x 388 mm x 125 mm, providing a total volume of 19.9 liters and a 62% larger flow area. The high-performance core and cast aluminum end boxes, optimized using CFD simulations, ensure efficient cooling and airflow. The kit includes mounting hardware for relocating the original oil cooler and is compatible with models equipped with a 10-speed automatic transmission. An anti-corrosion coating ensures long-lasting performance.
