The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for the Ford F-150 Raptor Gen 2 delivers a significant increase in charge air volume and reduced back pressure. This intercooler is designed to optimize cooling, minimize back pressure, and enhance overall performance for the 3.5l EcoBoost engine.

The stepped mesh dimensions of 500 mm x 388 mm x 125 mm provide a total volume of 19.9 liters, resulting in a 62% larger flow area and 108% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-performance mesh ensures outstanding cooling with very low back pressure, improving boost pressure stability and engine responsiveness.

The cast aluminum end cases are optimized using CAD and CFD simulations to maximize internal airflow and efficiency. The lightweight design, at only 13.2 kg, maintains improved driving dynamics. Installation is straightforward with original mounting points, and the kit includes hardware for relocating the standard oil cooler and adapting the original fan frame.
