The Competition high performance intercooler is designed to maximize vehicle performance and efficiency. With net dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (17,130 cc), it provides a 134% larger flow area and 105% more charge air volume compared to the conventional intercooler. This results in increased cooled air supply and a noticeable power gain.

The high performance mesh is constructed from high quality Tube Fin material with internal turbulators, ensuring maximum heat transfer and efficient airflow. Despite its large size, the intercooler weighs only 9.5 kg, minimizing additional load on the vehicle. The kit is optionally available with complete charge air piping, including three reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air tube.

Cast aluminum end boxes are developed and optimized using CFD flow analysis, resulting in excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. All charge air coolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties for permanent and optimal cooling. The kit is ready to install and allows for easy replacement of the stock intercooler. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure stable, the product is suitable for racing applications.

Note: The supplied brackets are only suitable for the EU model.
