The Competition high performance intercooler is designed to maximize vehicle performance. It features a 134% larger inflow area and 105% more charge air volume compared to the conventional intercooler. The net dimensions are 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm, providing a total volume of 17.13 liters.

The intercooler uses high quality Tube Fin material with internal turbulators for maximum heat transfer and efficient airflow. Despite its large size, it weighs only 9.5 kg, minimizing additional load on the vehicle. The cast aluminum end boxes are optimized using CFD flow analysis for excellent cooling with minimal backpressure.

All charge air coolers include an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties, ensuring permanent and optimal cooling. The kit is ready to install and allows for easy replacement of the stock intercooler with a plug and play design. Pressure tested up to 6 bar and suitable for racing applications.
