The Wagner Tuning Competition high-performance intercooler is designed for the Audi A4 B9 and A5 F5 TDI models. This upgrade provides a significant increase in charge air volume and optimizes engine cooling while minimizing back pressure. The plug-and-play installation allows for straightforward replacement without complex modifications.

The intercooler features a high-quality competition mesh and cast aluminum end boxes, optimized for maximum internal airflow using CFD flow analyses. A special anti-corrosion coating ensures long-lasting performance and excellent thermal conductivity. The unit is lightweight at 9.5 kg and has been tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar.

Note: The 50 TDI models (210 kW) are only compatible with the VW EA897evo2 engine.
