The Wagner Tuning EVO3 intercooler is designed for the BMW 335d (E90/E91/E92/E93) and delivers a significant increase in cooling capacity and charge air volume. This high-performance intercooler is engineered for extreme tuning levels, providing substantial improvements in performance and cooling efficiency.

Featuring a 183% increase in volume and a 133% larger flow area compared to the OEM intercooler, the EVO3 ensures more cool, dense air reaches the engine, even under demanding conditions. The robust construction, including cast aluminum end boxes and a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating, is developed for racing and high-performance applications.

Installation replaces the original click connections with Ø70 mm connections and includes high-quality silicone hoses and an aluminum intercooler pipe. Minor adjustments to the radiator support are required due to the size of the cooler.

Note: Only fits models without adaptive cruise control (ACC). Modifications to the vehicle are necessary.
