The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for the Porsche Macan 2.0 TSI, offering a significant increase in surface area and volume compared to the original intercooler. This upgrade optimizes engine cooling and maximizes efficiency for 2014-2021 models.

The Competition intercooler features core dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm, providing a 178% larger flow area and 158% more charge air volume than the OEM unit. The high-performance core with internal turbulators ensures maximum cooling performance and a noticeable increase in engine power.

Cast aluminum end boxes, developed in CAD and optimized with CFD simulations, guarantee optimal internal airflow. Enlarged connection diameters of Ø67 mm and reinforced silicone hoses reduce back pressure, increasing turbo efficiency. The kit is lightweight at 9.1 kg, pressure tested up to 6 bar, and features an anti-corrosion coating for durability. Installation is straightforward with a complete plug & play kit.
