The Wagner Tuning Gen.2 Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for the Audi RS4 B5, offering a significant upgrade in cooling performance and charge air volume. This kit features newly developed high-performance intercoolers with mesh dimensions of 255 mm x 265 mm x 90 mm per cooler, resulting in a 46% larger front surface area and an 89% increase in charge air volume compared to the standard intercoolers.

The system utilizes a competition high-performance mesh (tube fin) and cast aluminum end boxes optimized with advanced CFD flow analysis for optimal internal airflow and minimal back pressure. Carbon air ducts are included to enhance both performance and engine bay aesthetics. Each intercooler weighs only 4.2 kg and features a special anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting thermal conductivity and durability.

Installation is plug-and-play at the original mounting points, providing a straightforward upgrade over the previous Gen.1 version.
