The Wagner Tuning EVO2 Intercooler for Audi RS4 B5 offers a 147% increase in core volume and features carbon air ducting. This upgrade is designed to significantly improve engine cooling, reduce back pressure, and deliver a substantial performance increase.

The high-performance intercoolers have core dimensions of 255 mm x 260 mm x 120 mm per cooler, providing a 43% larger front surface area and a 147% increase in core volume compared to standard intercoolers. The Competition High-Performance Intercooler core (Tube-Fin) and CAD-optimized cast aluminum end boxes ensure optimal airflow and minimal back pressure. Carbon air ducts are included for both performance and aesthetics, and the inlet and outlet diameters are increased to O65mm. Each cooler weighs 5.8 kg, combining lightweight construction with durability.
