The COMPETITION CHARGE AIR COOLER KIT is designed to unlock the true potential of the Kia Stinger GT 3.3T-Gdi AWD (EU). The Wagner Tuning charge air cooler features a 175% larger inflow area and 183% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler.

This high-performance charge air cooler uses a Competition core (Tube Fin) with a stepped design, offering improved cooling performance and optimized internal airflow. The cast aluminum end boxes are precision-designed in CAD and optimized through CFD simulations. An incorporated air baffle ensures even filling, while the high-performance mesh allows sufficient airflow to adjacent components.

The anti-corrosion coating provides excellent heat conduction and long-lasting protection. Installation is straightforward at the original mounting points (plug and play). The kit includes an inlet and outlet diameter of 76 mm and offers optional accessories, such as a 76 mm aluminum charge air tube.
