Description WAGNER TUNING 200001144 Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 BMW F20-22 N55
The Wagner Tuning EVO3 Competition intercooler kit is designed for BMW M135i, M235i, and M2 models. This intercooler upgrade delivers a significant increase in cooling performance, reduces back pressure, and supports substantial power gains. The system is engineered to provide more cool, dense air to the engine, even under demanding conditions.
The EVO3 intercooler features a high-performance tube fin core and cast aluminum end boxes, optimized using CFD flow analysis for maximum internal airflow. The design eliminates original click connections and increases connection diameters to Ø65mm at the inlet and Ø76mm at the outlet. The kit includes a Ø76mm aluminum intercooler pipe and is tested for pressure stability up to 6 bar. A special anti-corrosion coating ensures durability and optimal thermal conductivity. Installation is straightforward, though minor adjustments to the radiator support may be required due to the size of the intercooler.
