The WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Kit EVO2 for Toyota Supra JZA80 MK4 features a new high-performance Tube Fin core with dimensions of 700 mm x 300 mm x 155 mm (27.5" x 11.8" x 6.1"). This core provides a 262% larger frontal surface and 331% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminum cast end tanks are designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for ideal internal airflow. The connection position is angled at 30° to the back. The cast aluminum is designed for a 4" (102 mm) connection diameter and can be adapted to 3" (76 mm), 3.5" (89 mm), or 4" (102 mm) connections, including standard silicone hose or Vibrant pipe connections.

This intercooler offers excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. The lightweight competition core ensures sufficient airflow to adjoining components, such as the water cooler, making it suitable for racing use. All products are subject to continuous quality monitoring.

Important notes for the installation: No Plug and Play installation. SMIC to FMIC swap (including all mounting material for the intercooler). Elimination of AC cooler. Expansion tank must be repositioned (separately available). Cooling loop for the power steering must be repositioned (separately available). Charge pipes must be modified according to the intercooler (not included in the kit).
