The Competition Intercooler Kit EVO2 for Toyota Supra JZA80 MK4 features a WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler with a new competition core (Tube Fin) measuring 700 mm x 300 mm x 155 mm (27.5 Inch x 11.8 Inch x 6.1 Inch). This core provides a 262% larger frontal surface and 331% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The aluminum cast end tanks are designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for ideal internal airflow. The connection position is angled at 30° to the back. The cast aluminum is designed for a 4 Inch (O102mm) connection diameter and can be adapted to other sizes or shapes as required. Standard silicon hose and Vibrant pipe connections are available in 3 Inch (O76mm), 3.5 Inch (O89mm), and 4 Inch (O102mm) sizes.

This design results in excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. The lightweight competition core allows sufficient airflow to adjoining components, such as the water cooler, making the kit suitable for racing use. The kit provides optimal cooling of the charged air and a significant increase in performance. All products undergo continuous quality monitoring.

Important notes for the installation: - no Plug and Play installation - SMIC to FMIC swap (including all mounting material for the intercooler) - elimination of AC cooler - expansion tank has to be repositioned (separately available in shop) - cooling loop for the power steering has to be repositioned (separately available in shop) - charge pipes have to be modified according to the intercooler (not included in the kit)
