The WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler Kit EVO2 for Toyota Supra JZA80 MK4 features a new high-performance tube fin core with dimensions of 700 mm x 300 mm x 155 mm (27.5" x 11.8" x 6.1"). This core provides a 262% larger frontal surface and 331% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The cast aluminum end tanks are designed in CAD and optimized using CFD simulations for ideal internal airflow. The connection position is angled at 30° to the back. The standard connection diameter is 4" (102 mm), with options for 3" (76 mm) and 3.5" (89 mm) in both silicone hose and Vibrant pipe connections, adaptable to customer requirements.

This intercooler offers excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. The lightweight competition core ensures sufficient airflow to adjoining components, such as the water cooler, making it suitable for racing applications. The kit delivers optimal charged air cooling and a significant increase in performance. All products undergo continuous quality monitoring.

Important notes for the installation: No Plug and Play installation. SMIC to FMIC swap (including all mounting material for the intercooler). Elimination of AC cooler. Expansion tank must be repositioned (separately available). Cooling loop for the power steering must be repositioned (separately available). Charge pipes must be modified according to the intercooler (not included in the kit).
