The Wagner Tuning Intercooler for KTM X-Bow offers a direct replacement solution with 80% more volume compared to the standard water-cooled intercooler. This high-performance intercooler is designed to improve cooling performance, minimize back pressure, and increase power output for the 2.0 TFSI turbo engine.

The intercooler features an innovative performance mesh with dimensions of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm, resulting in a significantly larger external mesh volume. Optimized cast aluminum end cases, developed using CAD and CFD simulations, ensure ideal internal airflow and outstanding cooling properties. The all-aluminum design is lightweight and pressure-stable, with a special anti-corrosion coating for durability.

Installation is straightforward, with a direct replacement fit for the original intercooler. The connection diameter towards the throttle valve has been increased from 62 mm to 70 mm to improve flow.
