The Wagner Tuning intercooler for the KTM X-Bow offers an 80% increase in volume as a direct replacement for the standard water-cooled intercooler. This high-performance upgrade is designed to significantly improve cooling efficiency, reduce back pressure, and deliver a substantial increase in power for the 2.0 TFSI turbo engine.

The intercooler features an innovative performance mesh with dimensions of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm, resulting in a much larger external mesh volume compared to the OEM cooler. Optimized cast aluminum end cases, developed using CAD and CFD simulations, ensure ideal internal airflow and outstanding cooling properties. The all-aluminum construction is lightweight and pressure-stable, with a special anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting durability.

Installation is straightforward, with plug-and-play fitment and an increased connection diameter towards the throttle valve for improved flow.
