The Wagner Tuning EVO 2 Intercooler is designed for the BMW 335d E90-E93, offering an 87% increase in charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. This upgrade provides improved cooling performance and helps minimize back pressure, allowing for a significant increase in engine performance.

The Competition high-performance intercooler features a core with internal turbulators and cast aluminum end boxes optimized using CAD and CFD simulations. The original click connections are removed, and the inlet and outlet diameters are increased to Ø70 mm for optimal airflow. The intercooler weighs only 7.4 kg and features a special anti-corrosion coating for durability and effective cooling under extreme conditions.

Installation is straightforward with a precision fit, although minor adjustments to the radiator support are required. The kit is ready to install and replaces the standard intercooler.
