The WAGNER TUNING 200001214 Performance Intercooler Kit is designed for FORD Bronco Raptor 3.0 EcoBoost applications. It is engineered to replace the OEM intercooler and improve charge-air cooling performance.
The intercooler core measures 550 mm x 300 mm x 110 mm and provides a net volume of 11 liters. Compared with the OEM intercooler volume of 6.5 liters, this represents a 69% increase in volume.
Cast aluminum end tanks, a custom core configuration, and internal turbulators are designed to support optimized airflow and efficient heat transfer with low pressure loss. The intercooler also features an anti-corrosion protective coating for long-term durability. Installation is designed as a 100% plug-and-play replacement using the original mounting points.
