The Competition package for the BMW F-series includes the intercooler upgrade kit and the N55 downpipe kit with a 300 CPI racing catalytic converter. This package is designed for specific BMW models and offers significant improvements in performance and efficiency.

The Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 1 features a core size of 520mm x 210mm x 130mm (11,750 cm³), providing an 85% larger flow area and 60% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. The high-performance Tube Fin core with internal turbulators and cast aluminium end boxes, optimized using CFD analysis, ensure reduced back pressure and optimal cooling. The intercooler weighs only 6.6 kg and is coated for corrosion resistance. Installation is straightforward, allowing the use of original charge air hoses.

The Downpipe-Kit N55 includes a 300 CPSI racing catalytic converter with a 76mm diameter for improved exhaust gas flow. Constructed from stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304), it features two lambda probe connections, a Euro 6 coated racing main catalytic converter, and a lightweight design at 4.0 kg. The kit is CAD-designed for a perfect fit and easy replacement of the standard part, reducing thermal load on the turbocharger and increasing power through back pressure reduction.
