The competition package for the Ford Focus MK3 ST250 includes the intercooler upgrade kit and the downpipe kit.

The Competition Intercooler Upgrade Kit features mesh dimensions of 640mm x 200mm x 110mm, providing a 24% larger flow area compared to the factory radiator. The kit delivers 60% more charge air volume than the stock radiator, contributing to improved combustion and increased power. The intercooler weighs 10.5 kg and features cast aluminium end boxes optimized for internal airflow using CAD design. An anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling.

The Downpipe Kit is manufactured from high quality cast stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304) and features a Ø76mm diameter before and after the catalytic converter. It includes two lambda probe connections and a racing metal catalytic converter with 200 CPI and EU6 coating. The kit is designed for a perfect fit and easy replacement with the standard part, minimizing thermal load on the turbocharger and reducing back pressure for improved torque. The total weight of the kit is 5.7 kg.
