The Competition package for the BMW E-series includes the EVO 3 intercooler upgrade kit and the N55 downpipe kit with a 200 CPSI racing catalytic converter. This package is designed for BMW 135i E82/E88 and BMW 335(x)i E90/E91/E92/E93 models.

The EVO3 high performance intercooler kit is engineered to meet the requirements of high performance tuning levels. It provides a significant increase in cooling capacity and performance, featuring a stepped core measuring 510mm x 303mm x 180mm (20.65L), which offers a 162% larger flow area and 182% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. The core uses a high quality Tube Fin design with internal turbulators for efficient heat transfer and optimized airflow. The intercooler weighs 13.2kg and features cast aluminium end boxes optimized using CFD analysis, with enlarged Ø70mm inlets and outlets for maximum airflow.

The kit includes reinforced silicone hoses and is designed for simple plug and play installation. The anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. The intercooler is tested and pressure-stable up to 6 bar.

The N55 downpipe kit features a 76mm diameter for optimal flow and maximum performance. It is constructed from high-quality cast stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304) and is CAD-designed for precise fit and performance. The downpipe includes two lambda sensor connections and a 200 CPSI racing main catalytic converter with EU6 coating. It is a direct replacement for the standard part, reducing thermal load on the turbocharger and increasing durability and performance. The design reduces back pressure and increases both power and torque.
