The competition package for the Audi TTRS 8S includes the EVO 3 intercooler upgrade kit and the downpipe kit with two additional 200CPSI cat pipes. The high-performance intercooler features core dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped), providing an 84% larger inflow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.

The competition high-performance intercooler core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. It uses a high-quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators. The end boxes are made of cast aluminium and optimized using CFD flow analysis. Integrated air baffles at the inlet ensure even filling of the charge air cooler, resulting in excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. The intercooler features an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties for long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.

The intercooler and original crossbar form a stable unit and, with the new Competition core, weigh only 11.7 kg. Installation is straightforward at the original mounting points, with minor adjustments as noted in the installation instructions. The system is tested and pressure-resistant up to 6 bar. All products undergo constant quality control.

The downpipe kit for the Audi TTRS 8S is made from high-quality cast stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304) for durability and corrosion resistance. It is designed without a pre-cat for maximum power and features a 2x Ø70mm diameter for improved flow dynamics. The kit is CAD-designed and flow-optimized, equipped with two lambda probe connections, and offers 100% accuracy of fit for easy replacement. It reduces thermal load on the turbocharger and increases performance through back pressure reduction. The kit is compatible with original aftercat pipes (not OPF) and includes aftercat pipes with two 200CPSI racing catalytic converters. For OPF models, the exhaust system must be cut.

Important: The standard version is recommended for power classes up to 600 hp, and the X version for power classes from 600 hp.
