The Competition package for the BMW F-series includes the intercooler upgrade kit and the N55 downpipe kit with a 300 CPI racing catalytic converter. This package is designed for BMW M135i(x) F20/F21 from 07/2013 and BMW M235i(x) F22/F23 models.

The Wagner Tuning EVO3 high performance intercooler kit is engineered for demanding tuning levels, offering a 165% larger flow area and 223% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The core measures 510mm x 345mm x 180mm (stepped, 23.56L). The high-performance core uses Tube Fin technology with internal turbulators, and the cast aluminium end boxes are optimized for flow using CFD analysis.

The EVO3 kit eliminates the original click connections, increasing the inlet diameter to Ø65mm and the outlet to Ø76mm. It includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air pipe. The intercooler features an anti-corrosion coating for durability and optimal heat conduction. The kit is ready to install and includes a modified crossbar, though minor adjustments to the radiator support may be necessary due to its size. The EVO3 Competition intercooler kit is pressure-stable up to 6 bar and is suitable for racing applications.

The Downpipe-Kit N55 with 300CPI catalyst features a 76mm diameter for improved exhaust gas flow, is made from stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304), and includes two lambda probe connections. The racing main catalytic converter (300 CPSI) has a Euro 6 coating. The kit is lightweight at 4.0 kg and designed for a perfect fit, replacing the standard part without additional adjustments. The connection diameter is 118mm.
