The competition package for the Porsche 991 includes the intercooler upgrade kit and the Y-intake manifold kit. It is compatible with several Porsche 991 Turbo models.

The intercooler upgrade kit features two high-performance intercoolers, each with net dimensions of 320mm x 238mm x 110mm, resulting in a total volume of 16.755 liters. This provides a 40% increase in charge air volume compared to the standard intercoolers. The kit also includes carbon air ducts and silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section to improve airflow.

The intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating for protection and optimal heat conduction. Each intercooler weighs 5.3 kg and features CAD-designed freeform cast aluminum end boxes for optimal internal airflow and pressure resistance up to 6 bar. The kit is ready to install and includes all necessary components for replacement with the standard intercooler.

The high-performance Y-intake manifold is designed for optimal internal airflow using CFD simulation. All constrictions of the original intake manifold have been eliminated, resulting in reduced back pressure and a noticeable increase in performance, depending on the software version.
