The competition package for the Audi S4 B9 and S5 F5 includes both the intercooler upgrade kit and the downpipe upgrade kit. The supplied brackets are only suitable for the EU model.

The Competition high performance intercooler features core dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm, providing a 134% larger flow area and 105% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The core is constructed from high quality Tube Fin material with internal turbulators for maximum heat transfer and efficient airflow. Despite its size, the intercooler weighs only 9.5 kg, minimizing additional load on the vehicle.

The kit is also available with complete charge air piping, including three reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air pipe. Cast aluminum end boxes are optimized using CFD flow analysis, resulting in excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. All intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties, ensuring permanent and optimum cooling. The kit is ready to install and allows for simple replacement of the standard intercooler. Tested up to 6 bar and pressure-stable. All products are subject to strict quality control and are suitable for racing applications.

The downpipe kit features a 300CPSI racing catalyst and is manufactured from high quality cast stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304). It includes two Ø3 pipes and an adapter to the original AGA for easy integration. The design is CAD-optimized for maximum exhaust flow and performance, with a lambda probe connection at the OEM position. The racing metal catalytic converter (300 CPSI EU6 coating) ensures optimum exhaust gas purification and performance optimization. The kit offers 100% accuracy of fit and enables easy replacement with the standard part, reducing thermal load on the turbocharger and increasing service life.
